Resources

Most of our healing happens in the space between sessions. For this reason, it can be really helpful to have a well of resources to help replenish ourselves and keep us on track.

I have created some complimentary meditations for you to listen to as well as a compilation of books, articles and podcasts which have helped me enormously.

In the words of the late marine biologist, Dr. Wallace J.  Nicholls:
